This job was on a tight schedule as we had to move the plants as part of a road project. Our town had hired a different landscape company who had performed this work once. But, numerous plants had been planted incorrectly and many had died. We contacted Ken to help us transplant plants to the correct exposure and replace plants that had died. Ken understood the urgency of our timetable. He was always here when he said he would be. He and his crew worked until all work was completed. They worked very well with our tight schedule. He understood that I knew what I wanted. -Barb Z.
Refreshing experience where the company actually did what they said they would do! Came on time to provide free estimate. The next day he brought by samples of the pea gravel and emailed me information on the Corkscrew Willows that he recommended. After job was scheduled, he called to see if he could come earlier then scheduled to begin the job sooner due to a change in the weather. Additionally completed the job in less time then expected. Did everything he said he would do and cleaned up afterwards (i.e. rinsing dirt off of fence and driveway). In the process of the project, our fence gate was scratched (on the inside of the yard). Ken pointed it out to me and informed me would be back after matching the fence paint to touch it up. He was back the next day and painted the whole inside of my fence gate instead of just the small areas that was scratched. The 4 corkscrew willows Ken got us were also bigger than what he quoted us and he did not charge extra.
Ken and Pat were great! -Kathi R.
